Our Central Business Office has over 250 years of combined experience in coding, claims management, and collections. Since May of 2008, our department has gone through a major restructuring and has implemented several products to enhance our Revenue Cycle. Our goal has been to find better ways to expedite claims, control A/R days and maintain operational cash-flow. We are excited about the results we have achieved so far. By engaging in partnerships with EMDEON Clearing House and White Plume Accela Capture, we have proven to be very successful and have been able to maximize functionality, save time and eliminate redundancies. We have also redesigned our Patient Statements and upgraded vendors to Express Bill, a division of EMDEON taking a "Patient Friendly" approach to the next level by communicating balances to our patients while cutting cost to be more fiscally responsible. We are accessible to our patients and vendors Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and we can be reached by phone at 863-284-5064.

Conveniently located on-site at all Clark and Daughtrey locations our Registration Department specializes in verifying each patient's demographics and their insurance providing customer service to our patients and their families.
